More than 100 Pakistanis who fought with Afghanistan's Taleban have been arrested as they returned to Pakistan.
The Pakistanis had been released by Afghanistan's post-Taleban authorities in eastern Nangarhar province in observance of the end-of-Ramadan Eid al-Fitr celebration.
Pakistani officials took the fighters into custody as they arrived at the Torkham border crossing in the Khyber Pass.
Thousands of Pakistanis went to Afghanistan to take part in the fighting against the U-S led anti-terrorism campaign.
