U-S Republican Senator John McCain is calling on the United States to unleash all its "might" -- including ground troops -- in the war against terrorism.
Speaking on U-S television Sunday, the former presidential candidate from Arizona said a large number of ground troops will be needed for the U-S campaign to prevail in Afghanistan.
He says issues such as military action during the upcoming Islamic holy month of Ramadan and civilian casualties -- however regrettable and tragic -- must be secondary to, what he called, "the primary goal of eliminating the enemy."
