Iran's foreign minister is warning that continued U-S led attacks inside Afghanistan through the Islamic holy month of Ramadan will be counterproductive and may provoke Muslims around the world.
Kamal Kharrazi spoke to reporters today (Thursday) during a visit to Indonesia - the world's most populous Muslim nation.
Mr. Kharrazi said Iran considers the attacks in Afghanistan unacceptable and wants terrorism dealt with internationally under the auspices of the United Nations.
The French News Agency says the Iranian foreign minster held talks in Jakarta with his Indonesian counterpart Hassan Wirayuda and other officials.
