A United Nations spokesman in Afghanistan says a small explosive device blew up outside a U-N guesthouse in Kabul, slightly wounding at least two people.
The spokesman says the blast went off Sunday night in a garbage bin just outside the building.
There is no indication who is responsible for the explosion.
The Afghan capital has been under heavy security since the fall of the Taleban late last year.
